My master volume is being controlled by the mouse wheel scroll. This prevents me from scrolling any windows or menu lists or changing the zoom ratio in every browser I have tried. How do I change this?

Hi C

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

On your mouse, beside the scroll wheel, should be a small DPI button, press that for a couple of seconds and that should toggle your scroll wheel between volume and scroll function

If you cannot find that button, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your mouse?
