I have 16 GB of memory, but something is using over 60% of it.

What is causing this? I tried doing sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.

What is causing this?

You have a lot of memory used by programs. So you have two ways:

a) increase RAM size,

b) reduce number or programs an site pages opened simultaneously.

    Hi,

I'm Independent Advisor not Microsoft employee or support person. I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

This tab of Task manager gives only partial information about memory usage. You may use RamMap tool for detailed analysis.

And please show Performance tab of Task manager with Memory selected.
