Hello,

I was installing windows because the previous one was corrupted, I made a bootable USB stick. All good, until this problem appeared.

As you can see, I only have one drive and I can't download Windows on it. On first try there was 6 drives and this time there's only one. If anyone can help me with this, please let me know.

Hi A

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Select that partition on your screenshot, and click Delete, that will convert the partition to Unallocated Space

Then, select the Unallocated Space and click 'Next' to begin the installation . . .

If you get any error when you do that, please provide a photo of the error . . .

Do I choose the first one?

I already tried the second one earlier when I did it on my own and nothing happened so do I choose the first one?

Press Shift + F10, or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command Prompt

    diskpart

Run this command and hit Enter:

    list disk

(Make note of the disk number you want to convert and enter it into the next command - replace disknumber)

Run this command and hit Enter:

    select disk disknumber

Run this command and hit Enter:

    clean

Then close Command Prompt and try installing Windows 10 again . . .
