Good Day

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Right click on your task bar

-Click Task Manager

-On the task manager look for Windows Explorer

-Right click then restart.

Once done proceed with these steps.

-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit enter.

sfc /scannow

Wait until the command finishes scanning any corrupted system files then proceed with the next command.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart your computer using Clean Boot

  1. Open the run box by pressing the Windows Key + R and type msconfig
  2. System Configuration Utility box will open and by default you are on general tab.
  3. On the General tab, click the selective startup and make sure that load system service and load startup items both have checked mark.
  4. Click on services tab
  5. Put a check mark on Hide All Microsoft Services
  6. Once Hide all Microsoft Services have checked mark on it, click on Disable All
  7. Click on the Startup Tab and click open task manager. This will open another window which contains all your startup applications on the administrator account.
  8. Disable all application that you're not using. You can simply just click on them and select disable.
  9. Click OK, Apply and close the configuration utility
  10. Restart your pc and check how it goes

if issue persist, check for updates and download them to keep your device up to date.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Check for updates and download them.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

With Warm Regards,

Carlo T.

I am here to update my current problem.

I apologize for such a late response, which I should have replied back in two or three days.

After I tried the system file checker, it seems to work. However, when restarting/booting the computer, the problem still persists.

I have already tried what Carlo suggested me but the same events still happened.

Would you mind looking for a solution for this again?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    S-P.

    WOW! It really worked???!!!

    I am surprised!

SFC ( System File Checker )  is an module that repairs/scans every System File in your PC.

If you have any computer with damaged system or working very very slow, Before trying and HARD and really dangerous solution, try SFC and there are a lot of chances to work.

    Explorer may be corrupted,

    Open CMD as admin

    Run sfc /scannow.

If this doesn't work, make sure the recent hardware inserted is recognized.
