Error when opening particular website

Cannot upload image, tried all the extensions like gif, tiff, bnp, jpeg etc. but it does not upload.

I have problems while opening bseindia.com, the website does not open up properly, I have to refresh it twice or thrice. I use Google Chrome

What can be the reason, this started lately.

    Hi jfk123in, I am Paulo. I'm an Independent Advisor and an individual like you inclined to help.

    Have you tried using another browser if it'll load properly? If it is and it is just happening in Chrome, try clearing the site data first.

    In Chrome Settings, go to Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > See all cookies and site data. Search bseindia then click the bin icon to remove.

    Also, go to Privacy and security > Site settings > View permissions and data stored across sites. Locate bseindia, click the ellipsis then choose clear data.

    Reload the website and see if these steps fix the issue.
