    Hi,

Thank you for the reply, I apologize for the delayed response.

Based on the error message you’re receiving, WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR means that a hardware error has occurred. You may want to refer the article on How to fix WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and see if that helps.

However, if you’re able to boot the PC normally, then it would be great if you could upload the files on OneDrive and share the link to us. If we can analyze the dump file, we may be able to narrow down the cause of the error. The Dump files are located in C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you’re facing issues when booting the PC normally. I will certainly try my best to assist you with the issue.

I would suggest you to try booting the PC in Safe Mode and see if you’re able to login normally. Refer the article Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10

If you’re able to login to the PC normally, then try booting the PC in Clean Boot and see if you’re able to login. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.

Let us know if you need any further assistance, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards,
