    Hey there Gokmen!

It seems like 'aksfridge.sys' is giving issues whicih seems to be related to Aladdin Knowledge Systems, probably some software you've installed or any hardware connected to the PC?

Please, try to uninstall it and see if things continue!

Google Chrome is opening your camera without your knowing? Do you have any extension?

    Hugs,

    Miguel Ángel :)

hi as i mentioned before i reinstalled windows. The images i am sending as of now is the current state of my system, but i used to check if my system was up to date also in the previous installation. The last image is in english. Which is from lenovo website. The first is from Windows Update tool, and the second one is Lenovo Vantage standalone program.

As you can see my system is up to date both by windows installation and other hardware drivers.

I would like to state that I use my system while playing games that are overloaded on the graphics card, such as Black Desert Online. I play these types of games at maximum graphics quality. The temperature does not get too high. I even shrink the game to the system tray and do other works in drawing applications such as Autocad. I did not receive any Bsod during these transactions. Whenever I close all the heavy processes and open Chrome and watch videos, or check website pages, bsod comes up. So it usually happens when the system is under light load. I should also mention that the system does not shut down normally (Windows - shut down) It starts to shut down but the keyboard lights stays on, the fans are turning and I have to force shut down almost every time, by pressing the button for a long time.

however my computer usually runs so fast and smooth that it overwhelms me every time I get a bsod screen. I had computers with BSOD screens before, but those PCs were generally irresponsive under load.

Now it's time to try the other steps you suggested.

When i opened cmd promt with windows+R and typed in the command > dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth it notified me with "elevated permissions needed" or sth like that so now i  am running cmd with admin rights, and the command works fine. (This step i also tried in my previous windows installation it passed with no errors. )

chkdsk /f is now asking me to restart, saving this progress.

Restarted, upon boot it processed my drive C: and said Checking and reparing drive C:, completed %100 but of course i was unable to take a screenshot. There was no need for force restart.

    1. DRIVER VERIFIER

I created a system restore point.

    1. Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next".

    Done

    4. Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next". (This option was not there.

    5. Select everything expect for "Force Pending I/O Requests" and "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next". (This option was partially there.)

I am uploading an image for future diagnose.

    Clicked yes.

This came up, I sellected the option shown above.

From within this list i searched for and checked all the drivers whose provider was not Microsoft Corporation and continued.

    Restarted my computer.

"If it BSODs, it'll show DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (xxxxx.sys). Please, share that error code with me along with the .DMP file it creates."

No bsod, my computer booted in 10 seconds without any problem. There was no need for force restart.

Please note that after  this  I opened verifier again and stopped the process by "Delete existing settings" on the first page of Driver Verifier.

Update: After the last time i edited the post ( Aprox. 10 minutes after that) i get yet another bsod.)

    Hey there Gokmen!

No need to thank me, that's my job! :) I've checked over the minidump, and there's no apparent clue about what's going on. If you did a system reinstall, that is pretty weird and may probably be hardware related.

However, we'll go over some possible solutions by repairing system files, and we'll run Driver Verifier to see what driver (if any) is causing this issue. Please, follow the two steps for each:

    1. SYSTEM FILES INTEGRITY CHECK

First of all, make sure all Windows Updates are installed, all drivers are updated and BIOS is updated as well, everything with the latest installation possible.

Then, we will do some system files check, and also check the hard drive, just in case. Follow these steps:

    1. Press Windows + R. Type 'cmd' and press Enter.
    2. In the command prompt, run the following commands:

    > dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    > sfc /scannow

    > chkdsk /f

Third command may ask you to type Y to reset the computer. Just type Y and then press Enter. I'd recommend you to post some feedback if these commands have fixed anything or not.

    1. DRIVER VERIFIER

We'll run Driver Verifier to check if there's a specific driver causing all this.

    1. Please, create a restore point before starting all these steps.
    2. Click on Windows search tab and type 'verifier'. Press Enter.
    3. Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next".
    4. Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next".
    5. Select everything expect for "Force Pending I/O Requests" and "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next".
    6. Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
    7. Select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
    8. Select "Finish" on the next page.
    9. Reboot your computer and wait for it to give a BSOD.

If it BSODs, it'll show DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (xxxxx.sys). Please, share that error code with me along with the .DMP file it creates.

To stop it, go back in and select "Delete existing settings" on the first page of Driver Verifier.

If the BSOD appears exactly when booting, and doesn't let you go past it, you can go into Safe Mode and deactivate it from there. If it doesn't let you access Safe Mode to disable it, you can as well go into Recovery screen, open the Command Prompt and run verifier /resetverifier . This will deactivate Driver Verifier automatically.

    Tell me how it goes!

    Hugs,

    Miguel Ángel :)

    Hey there Gokmen!

My name is Miguel Ángel and I'm an independent advisor, also a Microsoft user just like you! I'll try to help you today with your issue :)

In order to give a customised and personal feedback, I would need your minidump files that can be located in C:\Windows\Minidump. Can you please find them and upload them to either OneDrive or WeTransfer?

I'll wait for them. Thank you!

    Hugs,

    Miguel Ángel :)
