Question

I am currently running a task on Remotasks and after submitting I get this error, "There is a problem running quality checks, please retry or refresh the window. Error ID: ecc1c6bcc50244e5b9ea2f4e5014d98f". How can I solve it?

Hi,
To deal with "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" error
Here are few methods that can be helpful and any of them can be your solution.

1. Troubleshooting
   Open Windows Settings and select Update & Security. Now go to the left pane and select Troubleshoot. Once the Windows Update troubleshooter opens, click “Run the troubleshooter” and wait for the process to complete. After the system restarts, try updating your computer again.
2. Download updates manually
   Again, go to the Settings section and click System.
   In the new window, go to the left sidebar, scroll down and click About. Here, open the section "Device Specifications" and you will see "System Type".
   Now go to the official Microsoft Update website and download the latest SSU that matches your version.
   After that, restart your computer, restart Windows Update and start downloading updates.
3. Repair corrupted Windows files
   In the Windows search box type cmd, right-click the first result, and select Run as administrator.
   When the Command Prompt window appears, type the following then hit Enter:
   DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
   Wait for the process to finish and then type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
   After the process finishes, close Command Prompt and check if Windows Update works.
   This process can be executed automatically. If you haven’t yet repaired your PC, we recommend a professional utility that will help you solve your corrupted directory situation with ease.
