Shared Folder access problem from Windows 10 Home Single Language

Question

Hi !

We are IT consulting company and providing IT Services. 

One of my customer have facing issue i.e. Have Windows 10 Home Single PC and shared files and folders from it, Now today I am not able to access the same I had done all the require task, but problem remains same. So I need help in this issue as early as possible.

Other PC is laptop to access the win10 PC's files and folders and have Win8.1 OS.

I hope you will get my problem and answer @ earliest.

Thanks for reply 

As per my problem I have done all the require things. i.e**. SMB client ON / OFF, i.e. through WiFi Network and Antivirus etc..**  one more things also access like \\name of PC\share name, but very slow to open. Also through ip address but there is no access the shared folders.

Error is Network error no permission to access .****

OS : Windows 10 Home Single
