Windows 10 64-bit Pro, 20H2

Event viewer started to show this error many times today (9 times so far).  In the middle, the system shuts down unexpected once.

What could be the issue?  How do I fix it?

Thanks

    Hello,

Try these steps, after creating a System Restore point:

    Open Registry Editor.

    Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform.

Create/set EnableFrameServerMode registry DWORD to 0.

    Reboot to make changes effective.

Let us know if this helps!
