Default Switchable Graphics All Users

I have a Win10 system that will have multiple new users logging in regularly. A software requires the use of the discrete AMD GPU. I can set it to the default on the local admin, and it will run with no problems. I am trying to find a way to make it the default for all users on the system. Is there a way to set this where it does not need to be done for each individual account and each individual software?

    Dear NWarman,but this is not possible, it will be necessary to perform this configuration in all accounts.

    Taking into account that each user account has its settings and applications;

    Any questions I am still available.

    See you!

    I have followed those exact steps and it works for that user only. I am specifically looking for a way to make the discrete GPU used across all users.

    Dear NWarman,but any configuration of the pc is intended for one user, each user has their own settings.

    I recommend that you follow the steps "Accessing the switchable graphics menu" and Assigning switchable graphics to an application "

    Try to configure it as it is in the article and check the behavior.

    Any doubt I am available.

    See you!

    That article while helpful does not appear to affect all users on a single computer. If I set the switchable graphics for the local admin it does not carry over computer wide. It will require being set for every user. That's not plausible as the number of users is high and cycles frequently.

    Is there a way to set it once on a workstation, even if through windows settings, and allow all users to use that setting?
