I need a QR code to be printed on a very important appt. document but it won't print out--everything else prints but no QR--I've printed other docs with QR'S fine but not this--what can I do and please use language I can understand--thanks!

    Does the QR code have to be part of the document or would printing it separately be acceptable? If printing it separately would suffice, display it on the screen, then take a screen shot. either with the snipping tool or with Alt+PrtScn, then open up Paint and paste the screen shot there. That should print.

    Who generated the document? Was it you or the party with whom you made the appointment? I've had bar and QR codes not print when they arrive in my email. I think it's due to how the document is formatted.
