    Hello, my name is Gaston, I am an independent consultant.

    I want to tell you that this problem can occur when the drivers do not work correctly or are incompatible with the current version of Windows.

    The first thing I recommend doing is looking for pending updates on Windows Update.

    If that doesn't work try:

    Install drivers automatically with Device Manager.

    1. Press the [Windows] + [X] keys, select the option called Device Manager.
    2. When Device Manager is open, select the device, right-click, and select the option called Update Driver Software.
    3. Select the option: Search automatically for updated driver software.
