I reset my pc, i choose the stick as a boot option and then after i select the 64 bit version of windows and the files are loaded my pc restarts without entering the windows setup. i tested the stick on a different pc and it works.

Here some things you can try:
1-Update for the latest BIOS version
2-Reset the BIOS to default
3-The installation media can be corrupt, try to recreate the USB installer using the media creation tool.

Download only the 64bits version of Windows
motherboard: Gigabyte AB350M-DS2
cpu: ryzen 5 1600x
gpu: 1060 6 gb
ram: 2x8gb 2666 mhz
ssd: some kingstone 240 gb
hdd: 1Tb
I tried to unplug hdd/sdd but it still does not open the setup, and i even tried with 1 stick of ram

Please can you provide more information about your hardware? The model of your motherboard, amount of Ram installed, SSD or HDD.
I know how to perform an installation of windows. But when i try to install it the windows setup wont open and it reboots my pc, i load files and then just reboot.
