Upgrade wizard error in SSIS package

There are few packages in the database and upgrade Wizard has error, not sure where and how I can correct the hard coded configuration of the packages. Migrating SSIS packages from 2008R2 to 2016.

    You are upgrading Integration Services Packages Using the SSIS Package Upgrade Wizard.
