In 2019 I bought the PXN-2113 Thunder Pro. I had no issues until the calibration was horribly off. So I left it in some storage space. Recently, I found it and after plugging it in, there was an error: "Driver error". No troubleshooting or anything helped me out. I tried reaching the support team, but nothing has worked so far.
I am asking the Microsoft community for help as I have given up on other things. Any sort of help will be very much appreciated.

Just purchased 12/2020. I have downloaded and set up the drivers from the website that was provided by the instructions. It does not work. The Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 program will not recognize the joystick. Are the drivers incorrect, is the product defective? Getting quite frustrated. Operating on Microsoft 10.

Even after going through with all of these steps, it sadly did not work. Could it be the joystick itself that is causing this?
