i downloaded an optional update called Kensington - Mouse - 2.1.3.99 and now sometimes my mouse just stop working and i have to close and open it again need help

    theres 2 things elan input device and kensington ergo mouse wich one do i roll back

    Please, roll back your mouse driver. Optional updates are in preview and not finally tested. Using the search box look for Device Manager, expand Mice and other pointing devices category. Then right click the mouse and select properties. Select Driver tab, and click roll back driver button.
