First, what is the exact model of your device for me to check in the manufacturers website it there's an update with the Bluetooth driver.
Here's the steps you can try.
Check the Bluetooth if its set to Automatic.
-Press Windows key + R
-Type Services.msc and hit enter.
-Look for Bluetooth Support Service.
-Set it to enabled or automatic.
Once done proceed with the steps below.
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Bluetooth
-Look for Bluetooth that was installed
-Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.
-Restart
If issue persist , we will download and install the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturers website.
