Hi,
Based on my understanding, you will change the logon name and the suffix at the same time.
Based on my test, there are not any impacts on the mapping drives and UE-V.
Even the profile name will remain the same as before.

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
We have an on-premises Active Directory with users having ******@currentdomain.com as the UPN.
We need to change the UPN from ******@currentdomain.com to ******@newdomain.com for the users.
What will be the impact, if any, on User Experience Virtualization (UE-V), and mapped Network drive shares, after the UPN change? Thanks.
