Hi there,

Recently, when waking my computer from sleep it will black/bluescreen and require a reboot. From my own digging into the crash dump it appears to be related to DirectX (dxgmms2) but I couldn't find any relevant support articles with a potential fix.

Here's a link to the minidump: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NV-e1goGl0S7tW2PEN13kiLcvhzf0n4o/view?usp=sharing

If there's any other info you need, let me know!

    Hi Joe

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Your minidump file indicates it is the device driver on your video card that is causing your system crashes, you should go to the support page for your PC on then manufactures website, then form there, download and install the video card driver version they recommend . . .
