BSOD System Thread Exception Not Handled Error on Shutdown

The system runs relatively well, but noticed my internet connection dropping quite a bit.  Also was going to upgrade the SSD so performed a clone with Acronis True Image.

When i was done with everything today, and went to shutdown got the BSOD with that error.  The system eventually shutdown but when I restarted and shutdown again, the same error appeared.  The error doesn't seem to appear upon restart (Yet).

Any thoughts on how to correct?
