Scam or not?

Is this real or not? I called the number but you know i just don’t trust it? Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if its real?

    This is a tech support scam popup that may show up due to many reasons, like a mistyped URL to adware on the device.

    Here's how to know:

    Microsoft will never contact you in any manner - email, text, phone call, pop-up, etc. - unless you ask them to contact you.
