DHCP Client Causing Random Crashes

Good Afternoon,

I've been having a lot of trouble recently and Microsoft hasn't been any help.

My computer keeps fully crashing (crashing to powered-off). In event viewer, I've noticed the exact same Distributed COM warnings have been popping up. I've used 1000 different forums, given permissions in Regedit etc, but still haven't been able to fix it.
I've noticed that every single time preceding the DCOM errors, about 5s before them, the info message "DHCPv4 client registered for shutdown".
My trail went cold after I realized I could ping my IP, but not my ISP's FQDN... which someone said might be the problem.

Hi,
Perform a clean boot to avoid some service may crashed.

Also check if high temp for that CPU. Check if DHCP Client serivce is running.

Thank you for your information.
Open Settings>Search Network Reset Option>Click it.
Then I suggest that we could check for update. If any security update could be found, please install it. It will update your system OS version and system file version.
If the issue still insists, try to perform a In-place upgrade to repair system files.
