Remote Desktop Connection not working
I'm trying to connect my PC to my IOS device using remote desktop connection but I cant seem to connect, it's saying that there is already an active console connection even though there isn't. Any fix for this?

2021-01-27T19:08:35+00:00 I don’t really understand much about what is happening. This is the first time this ever happened to me. Is there a solution to this problem? I tried calling ms support but i just got passed around, i was transferred 10 times only to be hung up on.

The message suggests that someone is using the remote computer, this is the case if you configure windows not to ask for the password for example, if your computer automatically log on to an account, to RDC the console is effectively being used.

An active console connection means a user already logged into the computer. Is your computer showing only the logon screen now?
