Ghost images

After about 2 hours of use my screen retains a ghost image of any document that is then closed. Even when open and you scroll through the document an image of the text remains as the rest of the document moves thereby making working impossible. I use two screens and the second screen/monitor is fine just the actual Pro screen stops functioning.

Also the screen seems to be coming away at the sides

words of wisdom on how to rectify this?

Hello MatthewWyon, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Luiz Cruz, an independent consultant and I would be happy to help you.

Initially I suggest you go to the manufacturer's website and update all the drivers, mainly chipset and video.

Check for new updates on Windows Update.

If you have made the updates and the problem still exists, I recommend that you follow the steps to use the Windows 10 repair tool:

Press the Windows + X keys, select Command Prompt (Admin), copy and paste the commands below and press enter after each command.

    Sfc /ScanNow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Wait for the process to finish and restart your computer.

I hope I helped, even more!
