Ms office installing

Hey there i have issues installing MS office. I just bought some Samsung galaxy book s but whenever i try installing MS office does not allow me to do so. it has Microsoft 365 but i would like to use Microsoft office 2019 32 bit. Whenever i run the the setup /configure configuration.xml throws error this app cant run on your pc. any suggestions?

    Uninstall O365 from the Programs & Features

    Reboot

    Restart the Office 2019 install
