How to enable linkedin api Programmatic Refresh Tokens features for my application?

Question

We would like to enable programatic refresh tokens to our application.

I would like to ask where and how can we do so.

Thank you. We have already followed those steps and our app has been verified, but we don't receive refresh tokens and the only information I found in the documentation about it is in here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/authentication/programmatic-refresh-tokens?context=linkedin/context
but I have not found where we can apply for receiving them.

According to the LinkedIn documentation here, it seems that "Programmatic refresh tokens are available for a limited set of partners. If this feature has been enabled for your application, see Programmatic Refresh Tokens for instructions."

I'm trying to understand how to ask LinkedIn to enable this feature for my app.
