External Keyboard only types when multiple keys are pressed

My keyboard only types when multiple keys are pressed, tried unplug and plug the usb, tried it on another device and works properly. im on a laptop and the laptop keyboard is working.

I've tried to update the driver but it says I have the best driver installed, I tried to reset the keyboard but nothing happened. The function key (FN + F1 - F12) works perfectly. The keyboard Im using is mechanical keyboard, the brand is "VortexSeries" its a local brand I don't know if its exist outside of Indonesia, and also I have another mechanical keyboard and it works in my laptop.

Is this external keyboard a generic one or is it from a brand? You can try updating its drivers to check if the issue persists:
> Search for
Device Manageron your Windows search bar and open it> On the window that pops up, expand
Keyboards> Right-click your device and then click on
Update driver> Proceed with the update following the instructions on the screen
> Reboot your PC
> Try using your external keyboard again

are you getting same issues in safe mode and safe mode with networking.
are you able use same keyboard in bios
