Microsoft store FORCING C: Drive?

Trying to download Halo MCC for PC off the Microsoft store.

It's forcing me to use C: drive even though there's not enough space.

When I try to switch to another Drive it doesn't work.

tried to go into settings>storage>change where apps download.

Doesn't work.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Microsoft Store
