I want to set up my Microsoft Account with both an Administrator account for making changes and a Standard User account for everyday use.  However, I only have one email address.  How can I do this?  Or must I run as an administrator all the time?

Hi there! I'm Louie, a Microsoft Community member and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. Hope you're doing well and safe there.

Change a local user account to an administrator account

    1. Select Start >Settings > Accounts , and then, under Family & other users, select the account owner name, then select Change account type.
    2. Under Account type, select Administrator, and then select OK.
    3. Sign in with the new administrator account.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Louie
