Hello! Since I build my new computer, I've been having random BSOD problems. I think it has to be simething related to drivers. I've reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times and updated diferent components drivers with no luck. I've been using the program WhoCrashed to try to solve the problem. Here is the WhoCrashed report:

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are facing issues with Blue Screen on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

For further clarity on the issue, I would like to know the make and model of the PC.

Based on the analysis of dump files, the file amdppm.sys is causing the Blue Screens. The file amdppm is related to AMD processor drivers and dxgkrnl.sys is related to the graphics drivers.

Let’s try changing the registry settings for AMD drivers and see if that helps.

1.    Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.

2.    In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit Enter.

3.    On the left hand pane navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\amdppm

4.    On the right hand pane look for StartDWORD****key

5.    Nowdouble-click on the key and change the Value Data to 4

6.    Restart the PC.

**Note:**Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer tothis link.

Let us know how it goes.
