Windows server 2019 Datacenter network errors

Hello All,

I created a Windows server 2019 Datacenter edition server in VMware.  After adding the server to my Domain, I can not RDP to the server, can not set the time zone, can not remove it from the domain, can not update group policy using the gpupdate /force command.

None of my windows servers 2016 standard has this problem.  If I create a Windows server 2019 Standard edition, I don't have this problem.
