Got a BSOD today with error code KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and I'd like to see if anyone knows what the following memory dump references so I can fix it.

    Hi ChaosBahamut,

I understand, unfortunately, you posted only one .dmp file initially, on it appeared the error that I wrote in the first message.

By the way, I kindly you send information about your pc (model, make), Windows 10 version. Meanwhile, I think could reviewing the next steps:

Step 1: Review the corrupt files and recover the Windows image

Run the Windows SFC utility to fix and make sure corrupted system files are repaired.

    • In the Search Area, type CMD
    • In windows opens, click on the "Run as Administrator" option
    • In windows opens type command: sfc /scannow
    • Wait to finish for continue with Step 2

Step 2) Repair Windows System Image

    • Follow to SFC utility to complete the repair in no detect files, type one by one the next command, and press Enter at end of each:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    • Wait to finish the execution of the commands

Restart the PC and verify if the issue is fixed

Step 3: Using the Driver Verified to identify issues

Memory's fine, did the diagnostic and no errors came up.

I believe my network drivers are the culprit, as someone else who reviewed the memory dumps said one of then pointed to that and I get a BSoD every time I try to upload a video to Youtube.

    Hi ChaosBahamut,

I’m Mario an Independent Advisor. I’ll try to help you with this problem.

I reviewed the description and the .dmp that you sent, on it shows the code error "0x0000001e" in the driver "ntoskrnl.exe". This error is very general but commonly is associated with faulty RAM module or corrupted or outdated device drivers.

First, I suggest reviewing the RAM aspects, with following the next steps:

    1. Check the Installation and Remove Dust
    • Plug the RAM in and out to make sure the RAM is connected properly and steadily.
    • Clean the RAM and the RAM slot.

Reboot the PC and verify if the issue is fixed

    1. Review RAM
    • In the Search area type mdsched.exe and hit Enter
    • In the window opens, click on the "Run as Administrator" option
    • In the Window Memory Diagnostic window opens, click on the " Restart now and check for problems (recommended)"
    • Continue with the instruction and wait for the process finished

Reboot the PC and verify if the issue is fixed

If still the issue continues, please review the next link that I found that explains some other methods that I think could help to fix or limit it:

I hope to help you. Please, tell me the results.
