Windows7(sp2)-Not bootable

Question

Hi. 

My window 7(Sp2) doesn't boot at start time in VAIO laptop. Also anywise, safe mode and other choice for startup dosen't work. I have not backup and bootable disc.

Please help me.

There is no Windows 7 SP2.

There was Windows 7 SP1 and the "Convenience Update" which some peole referred to as "SP2"

You don't tell us if you get a splash screen logo at power on, or it remains completely black.

If it remains completely black you have a hardware problem

But if you do not have access to another Windows 7 machine with the same "bit" version use this method to make a disk, from which you can also use the Startup repair options:

You can use this for preinstalled OEM or Retail Licenses. This is on a first come, first served monthly basis.

Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.
