My asus vivobook flip 14 won't close all the way down. Like when I am done from using in it and I just want to flip it all the way down or close it after use. There a gap between the screen and the keyboard which is not a big deal but its annoying. Is there a solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi HayaAlthawadi, I am Rob, an independent and a 15 time and dual award MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as independents we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers. Sorry, that is not a Windows or software problem which means it is hardware (even the case is hardware) so we really have no information to help.

You need to contact ASUS Support and also check in their forums. That may be a known issue with a solution.
