Usually you do not buy redeem codes. If you didn't get it from a local retailer that is trusted, you were probably scammed. It is probably a fake card.

I bought a Minecraft redeem code for windows 10 yesterday. But when I tried to put it in it said that it was either used or invalid. The code was not scratched off and it was not shown. I tried again today and the same thing happened. I was wondering if there's any way you can help me.
