The recent minidump file indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys
". This file is related to NVidia graphics card driver.
- Update or Rollback the Nvidia graphics card driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your Nvidia graphics card driver >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Nvidia graphics card driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.
- Use the Nvidia GeForce Experience software to update the driver.
- Clean uninstall the currently installed Nvidia graphics card driver using DDU then download and install other driver version from the PC manufacturer's or NVidia support website.
- Update BIOS.
