BSOD DMP File Help

Hello, 

I have followed Zigzag3143's guide on finding and fixing BSODs. I have had daily BSODs for about 2 weeks now and am looking forward to this issue being resolved. Hopefully I will not have to upgrade my software as that would be rather costly for me right now.

    The recent minidump file indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys

    ". This file is related to NVidia graphics card driver.

    1. Update or Rollback the Nvidia graphics card driver in the Device Manager.

    Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your Nvidia graphics card driver >> click Update Driver.

    If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Nvidia graphics card driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    1. Use the Nvidia GeForce Experience software to update the driver.
    2. Clean uninstall the currently installed Nvidia graphics card driver using DDU then download and install other driver version from the PC manufacturer's or NVidia support website.
    3. Update BIOS.

    I encountered the BSOD before I ran verifier. 

    I completely uninstalled and reinstalled Steam last night hoping it would stop the BSODs, but unfortunately I just had another BSOD prior to posting this.

    Here is the most recent DMP file created along with some other ones that weren't sent in the last folder.

    Thank you very much for your help I really appreciate it. I'm honestly really frustrated with what is happening with my computer, a couple of weeks ago I had some BSOD issues and hoped that a complete wipe would fix the problem, unfortunately I've been BSODing almost everyday at this point.

    The recent BSOD error also indicated SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys.

    Did you encounter the BSOD error before you run the Driver Verifier?

    Hello again,

    I have updated Steam and uninstalled the Killer Ethernet Controller, but have been met with another BSOD, so I have done another Driver Verify and now have another DMP file.

    Hi KNguyen25,

    I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor. I hope I can help you with your concern.

    The BSOD errors are caused by SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys and e2xw10x64.sys.

    1. e2xw10x64.sys is a Killer e2400 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller.

    a. Install the latest Windows updates.

    b. Update or Rollback the Killer e2400 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver in the Device Manager.

    Open Device Manager >> click Network Adapter >> right- click your Killer PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver >> click Update Driver.

    If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Killer PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    c. Uninstall the currently installed Killer e2400 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's website.

    d. Use System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.

    Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection > System Restore then follow screen instructions.

    1. SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys dated is related of Steam.

    a. Try to Update or reinstall Steam.
