Tried SFC and DISM but didn't work out.

    Hi VijayTudu,

    Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

    This appears to be an issue with Intel Graphics Command center. Try to reset it from here:

    1. Press Windows key + I, this should open Settings
    2. Open Apps
    3. Go to Apps and Features
    4. Look for Intel Graphics Command Center from the list
    5. Click Advanced options
    6. Click Reset.
    7. Reboot your computer and see if the issue still persists.

    If the issue is unresolved, try repair and eventually if that fails too. Uninstall the app and reinstall it from the MS Store.
