I don't know if the code I got from Azure is retail. Is the code sent to me via Azure Education retail? Since the old device is in the hands of the company I bought it, I do not know how to transfer. If the code I have is not retail, I can send it to you so you can deactivate it on the old computer.
Windows 10 Education Code Re-use
I used the Windows 10 Education code I got from Azure on my new computer. But the computer broke down and I will get a new computer with a change. Can I use the same code to install Windows 10 on a new computer? It doesn't matter if Windows is deactivated on the computer I have returned.

2020-12-01T08:49:06+00:00 Hi MehmetKoyuncu5 , Welcome to Microsoft Community :)
It's my pleasure to help you today.
I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this.
The answer is no, you can’t.
Windows can only be installed on one machine.
But, if you want to transfer your single license to your new computer because the old one is broken, you can do it. At first you must know what type of your license is.
If you upgraded from a retail copy of Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1, the Windows 10 copy license carries the retail rights from which it was derived, can be transferred.
But under Microsoft’s rules, you are only entitled to a one time transfer.
If you upgraded from an OEM Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 license, these are licenses that come pre-installed on a new computer from a manufacturer, and then your Windows 10 license maintains the OEM rights, cannot be transferred.
If you have a full retail copy of Windows 10, you can transfer it as many times as you want.
If you performed an Upgrade to the Windows 10 Pro Pack from Windows 10 Home, you can transfer it using Digital Licensing. This is possible because the Pro Pack, while an upgrade, is a retail license attached to the Microsoft Account used to purchase it.
