View Recorded Teams meeting stops after 1 minute

Hi,

We have recorded one internal meeting which is 60 min. Then we send a link to users who can view recording any time,
Some users can see the recording until the end but for some users the recording stops after 1-5 minutes and will not continue.

We are located in Europe and users who can only see 1-5 minutes is located in Asia/Australia
Internet speed is ok for them

Any tip what to start looking for?

    I found the possible issue, users who had issues were connected with VPN at the time which cause speed reduction

    Is there any related error message from users in Asia/Australia?

    Are the Asia/Australia users in your organization?

    You could check the Permissions of this recording in Microsoft Stream. All the users you want to share with should be added in the Permissions section as below:
