Visual Studio 2019 keeps crashing

Hi,

I am trying to write a program and every little bit I do the Visual Studio 2019 crashes.

    I've reinstalled Windows Pro 10 right now and made "clean" VS 2019 Pro Version 16.9.3 installation but I experience the same issues.

    I can't make my job. The VS 2019 Professional does not work. It stucks every 30 second makes it several times then just crashes and restarts.
