While trying to complete a clean boot I get to the final step click ok and just get system not responding. I am trying to do a clean boot to remove ASUS data security manager, which I cannot seem to remove in the normal way through control panel uninstall programs. The reason I am trying to remove the ASUS data security manager is I am getting the no more files error when trying to do a save as!!

    Paloma

There is no error it just goes through the process then doesn't remove the program. I have fixed the original issue by going back to windows 7 uninstalling the program then reinstalling windows 10. I have since uninstalled a program successfully. So I think we can say it is fixed.

Thank you for your help much appreciated.

    Thanks for the information Andy.

When you try to remove this program in normal mode, does an error happen? Could you share a print?

    I await news.
