Factory restore problem

Hi, I'm trying to make a hard reset on my windows tablet. It's a Spring 8, by Hexa. I have chosen the option in the menu, but now when I turn it on, after the HEXA logo appears on screen, all I get is a black screen, for hours. When I touch this screen, something like a mouse cursor appears where I touch, but that's all. What do I need to do to get this tablet working again?

    In this case I recommend that you contact the Tablet Manufacturer. Microsoft has not yet authorized the installation of Windows 8.1 Pro and Windows Rt 8.1 on portable devices.

    The only portable device that has Windows officially installed would be the "Surface"

    I do not recommend formatting this device without first consulting the manufacturer, as it may be an OEM copy. And OEM copies can only be installed or supplied by the Manufacturer.
