You have to tell the forum what DLL file is named in the error message.

Please also include
- the edition of Windows 7 you have (Home, Pro, etc.)
- whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7
- What you do to cause the error message (for example: the error message appears when you start Windows or the error message appears when you try to run xxxxx program).
If you're not sure of the answers to 1 and 2, click Start, right click "Computer," and select "Properties." "System type" about half-way down the page shows 32-bit or 64-bit.
