You have to tell the forum what DLL file is named in the error message.

The best thing to do is to include a screenshot of the error message in your next post.  See the instructions here:  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/feedback/forum/fdbk_commsite-fdbk_getstart/how-to-include-a-screenshot-in-your-post/2594b08e-32a3-476a-85a6-b021181be7e4

    Please also include

    1. the edition of Windows 7 you have (Home, Pro, etc.)
    2. whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7
    3. What you do to cause the error message (for example: the error message appears when you start Windows or the error message appears when you try to run xxxxx program).

If you're not sure of the answers to 1 and 2, click Start, right click "Computer," and select "Properties."  "System type" about half-way down the page shows 32-bit or 64-bit.
