Unable to install Java

I have installed JavaSetup.exe successfully to download a furniture mod to the Minecraft game (Java edition). However, as the next procedure I have to install such thing as Minecraft forge. I went to the site (Minecraft Forge), downloaded the installer which is appropriate to my Minecraft edition (1.16.4) and have it in download files as forge-1.16.4-installer. The next step is to start the process by running the file, yet after allowing the application to make changes to my computer, I receive this;

Not sure what to do even after seeing same things happening to others.
