I was upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, it upgraded but I keep getting this BSoD everytime I boot my laptop, I can’t even go into the normal and safe Window OS’s because the BSOD will always appear. I’ve tried re-installing, recovering, resetting, its not working. I believe it was my faulty drivers, so, how do I fix this issue? Can I use cmd to fix the drivers? Is there any methods else?

Thanks for the information Danie, I'm really sorry about this problem.

I strongly recommend that before replacing it, unless you prefer, but it is worth taking it to an assistance you trust to make a thorough analysis of hardware / software.

It may be that, analyzing this more precisely, they easily identify the correction for this problem.

    I await news.

    Thanks for the information Daniel.

In this case unfortunately never the only option will be the clean installation of Windows.

    Hello Daniel, how are you?

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

My name is Paloma B., I'm an independent advisor, I'm here to help you in the best possible way.

I understand that you had problems with your Windows after the update, I'm sorry to hear that.

The ideal would be to be able to enter Windows to try to correct or remove the defective driver, but you mentioned that the system is not allowing access either in normal or in safe mode, this complicates a lot.

Try to restore the system to a point prior to the update.

You will have to download the media creation tool on another device and then boot it from the Pen Drive or DVD and restore the current device.

    Media creation tool

To download the tool and create a boot disk, use the link: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

After downloading the application, running and completing the steps, follow the next procedure.

    Restore PC

Boot with the Pen Drive or DVD as created above.

When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer.

    Click Troubleshooting.

    Advanced options;

Click Restore your PC or Go back to the previous version.

    Click Troubleshooting.

    Click Restore your PC.

    Click Keep my files.

Wait for the installation to start and as soon as you finish, you can start Windows normally with administrator permissions.

In case it is not possible, our only option is a clean installation of Windows.

For that I suggest you follow the procedures of the thread below, it is very detailed and can help you in this process.
