Fatal Error code

The computer was on sleep mode.

On turning the computer on, I got an error message “error:PDP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR” on my screen.

The computer then continuously reboots with power on and off and nothing happens.

No screen either.

There is power and the fans just keep going on and off.

The computer is not connected to the internet.

I cannot find a PDP error code, only PNP.

    Hi, JesusCasanova1

My name is Pablo E, I am an Independent Advisor. I would love to help you today.

Try entering Safe Mode to repair Windows.

Force power off, press and hold the power switch for 20 seconds, then wait for ten and restart

If this does not work try the other way: you must interrupt the normal boot process three or more consecutive times: use the reset or power button on your Windows 10 PC to stop it during startup, before you finish loading Windows 10. Yes use the power button, you may have to hold it down for at least 5 seconds to force the power off

Then you proceed to repair the computer:

-Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.

-You should receive this message: Preparing Automatic Repair.

-On the next screen that appears, click Advanced options.

    -Select Troubleshoot.

    -Go to Advanced options.

    -Click Start Repair.

-Wait for the repair to finish.

If after the previous steps you cannot recover Windows.

You can repair Windows download the ISO:

I recommend you borrow a PC to create a USB to repair Windows

Microsoft Official Website to download and create Windows 10:

    Dear Pablo,

Thanks for the reply.  I have done all that but I could not get it to boot because the power keeps cycling on and off.  I even inserted the install disk but could not get Windows to load.  No screen because the power keeps cycling on and off. I could not even get to the boot process.

Is there a problem with the motherboard?  The computer was working and was in sleep mode. Then upon reviving, I got an error code that looks something like this and then power cycle.   I have not experienced this before.

From what I see you are going to have to take it to a technician since it is most likely that it is due to a hardware problem.
