Open the Settings App
Go to Update & Security - Troubleshoot
Run the Keyboard troubleshooter

If that does not resolve this for you
Open Device Manager
Expand the Keyboards section
Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'
Then restart your PC

If the problem still exists, click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter
On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
