Even after removing the batteries from my wireless keyboard, my desktop computer (using Windows 10) automatically enters 1's on any/every webpage I visit.  Any tips on how I can fix this?  It makes the PC practically useless.

    Hi Susan

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    1

    Open the Settings App

Go to Update & Security - Troubleshoot

    Run the Keyboard troubleshooter

    2

If that does not resolve this for you

    Open Device Manager

    Expand the Keyboards section

Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

    Then restart your PC

    3

If the problem still exists, click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
