Accelerometer cannot start

I have just re-installed windows 10 on lenovo flex 14, but then the autorotate function is lost. I have checked in device manager and found that the Bosch accelerometer is showing 'the device cannot start'. I think this may be the problem, may I ask how to solve it? Thank you.

    Have you tried to check if your machine is up-to-date with the latest security patches? Kindly go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.

    Once done, you may go to the device manufacturer's website to check if the necessary drivers are properly installed/updated on your machine:

    After the installation of the drivers, reboot your machine and check again.
