Wi-Fi Problems

My Wi-Fi has changed to Wi-Fi 2 since yesterday and has not shown any available networks I have deleted all the ghost devices and even configured the Wi-Fi still yet no improvement please assist me am so frustrated right now

    Perform the procedures below to reset the network settings and check if the problem still exists.

    Please check if, after performing the procedure below, it is possible to locate your WiFi network.

    Resetting network settings

    1. Press the “Win ​​+ I” keys together to enter the Windows “Settings” menu;
    2. Then, enter the item "Network and Internet";
    3. From the "Status" tab, look for the "Network reset" item and click on it;
    4. On the new screen, click on “Restore Now” and restart your computer as prompted.
    5. After performing this procedure, the machine may take a while during the next startup, but just wait for it to be back to normal the next time. If you use a Wi-Fi network, be sure to connect to it again to use it again.

    Have you checked adapters to see which one is in use? Start>Settings>Network & Internet>Status>Change adapter options.

    You may need to reboot your computer too. A reboot should help restore all connections.
